Day 15 - Jesus, We Ask For Greater Faith and Courage for Reality Church

Scripture Reading: Joshua 1:7-9

7 “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. 8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Prayer Focus:

Today we pray for faith and courage as a church body. God has called us to be a church that deeply follows the way of Jesus and radically loves and reaches out to those who are far from God. Let us go to Jesus with boldness to ask for our church and leaders to have greater faith to radically obey Jesus.

Reflection Questions:

Who in your life is far from God and have you stopped praying for them? Let God bring someone to mind. Take some time to pray for them today. How could you show that person the love of Christ this week?
