LEADERSHIP TEAM
The Leadership Team provides vision, oversight, governance and general supervision for Reality Church. They seek to follow the Spirit’s lead to oversee Jesus’s work in the people at Reality. Some churches might call this team their “Elder Team”. This team of made up of Godly and mature men and women from our church body. This team works in cooperation and conjunction with the Lead Pastor, Staff, and Overseers of Reality Church.
Mike serves as Director of Finances. With four kids spread out across Middle School, High School and College, it is a great season of life.
Mike Mylin
Kathy and her husband, Brian, have 3 young adult kids. She is an Interior Designer and Principal at Interior Fancies. Kathy is passionate about residential home design. A few of her favorite things are watching things grow and change with each passing season in her flower gardens and vacationing at Kiawah Island, SC with her family.
Kathy Shenk
Brett and his wife, Amanda, have two kiddos, Brayden and Sadie. He's a man of many talents as he's the captain of his hockey team, The Skateful Dead, as well as a key member of the worship team serving as a worship leader, keys player, and drummer.
Brett Cole
Tim has gifts of leadership, communication, and making people feel seen. He and his wife, Beth, are two of the smiling faces that will greet you when you arrive at Reality Church. They have two adult daughter and love being grandparents. Tim works for UPMC leading the software team that installs and supports the electronic medical record across the organization.
Tim Schoener
Lee serves as part of the Leadership Team. He can be found throughout almost any event going on within the church. He also is one of our appreciate youth ministry volunteers.
